I played her breath by using the lid of the ventilation pipe during mummification: first with no tape at all, later with lots of tape on head leaving only half face visible, and lastly the face being fully covered too. The air chamber for her to breathe became smaller and smaller, and in the end there was nearly no air when I closed the lid. Before the next exercise, she needed a good rest, so I cuffed her hands to her same-side ankles, and tied a collar around her neck over the hood, so that she can’t take the hood off by herself. There were three rounds of rest, and the set time increased from 2 minutes to 3.5 minutes.
