There were three rounds of rest, and the set time increased from 2 minutes to 3.5 minutes. Then there are two sets of sit-ups, each to complete 20 sit-ups and a rest of more than 1.5 minutes without removing the hood. Finally came the most exciting escape challenge of this video.
