Session 3: The swim cap is removed, and the hole in the film dressing was stretched bigger to make her breathe more easily. A plastic bag was used for breathplay. The bag was soft and often stuck to her face when she was inhaling, leaving her breathless even though there was still fresh air in the bag. This session was again for 10 minutes. Session 4: Another 10 minutes session, with the soft bag replaced by a breathplay hood without breathing holes.
