Session 1: Xiaoyu was wearing a swim cap, goggles and ear plugs. Her mouth was taped by transparent film dressing so that she can only breathe with her nose. Then I controlled her breath using a nose clip. The timing was based on an eight-round O2 table training, starting from 25 second apnea with 5 second increment until 60 seconds. Between each apnea she can breathe for 10 seconds only. Session 2: The nose clip was kept on her nose and a small hole was poked in the film dressing to allow Xiaoyu to breathe. A piece of black bondage tape was used to cover the small hole, and she was asked to speak the alphabet from A to Z before the black tape can be removed for a while. This was repeated in 10 minutes. Session 3: The swim cap is removed, and the hole in the film dressing was stretched bigger to make her breathe more easily. A plastic bag was used for breathplay. The bag was soft and often stuck to her face when she was inhaling, leaving her breathless even though there was still fresh air in the bag. This session was again for 10 minutes. Session 4: Another 10 minutes session, with the soft bag replaced by a breathplay hood without breathing holes. After several times she was pushed near her limit at the end, and she even moved the chair she bound to during her struggling. At the end of the video some chat is recorded. She was quite happy with the sessions and liked the breathplay hood much better than the soft bag.
