The key item is still a breathplay hood with no hole, but the difference is that the air bag of this hood is very big. Counterintuitively, a hood with a big air bag is more difficult than a hood with a small air bag. This is because, unless the hood is sealed by extra strict ways around one’s neck, there is always some air leak for example through the gaps created by hair. When wearing a small hood and inhaling very hard, one can usually breathe in a little bit fresh air that leaks in. In contrast, since the capacity of the big hood is larger than the capacity of one’s lungs, her inhalation and exhalation are completely constrained inside the air bag. Even if there is a potential leak, there is no way for her to suck in air from outside. It becomes rebreathing of the same stale air in the strict sense. Because of this, Xiaoyu decided to carry out a CO₂ table training first to increase her chance of passing the challenge. There are four rounds of rebreathing under the breathplay hood, with the target time 2, 2.5, 3 and 3.5 minutes, and with 30 to 45 seconds of ventilation in between. When the 3-minute third round was finished, Xiaoyu’s body was already slightly twitching but she still decided to complete the 3.5-minute last round. At the end she went blackout and almost fell to the ground, but fortunately I was able to pull her back to the chair. Xiaoyu was reluctantly satisfied with the training, so the escape challenge began. Learning from the previous time, I only tied her hands behind her back, not her arms, otherwise she would have an extremely hard time raising her arms and putting the key to the lock on the collar. As a price of not tying arms, her feet were tied together. After a blindfold, the breathplay hood and a collar with a lock were put on her, Xiaoyu still had to sit and wait for the one-minute beep before she could start to break free her hands and feet, find the key on the floor, unlock the lock and the collar, and finally take off the hood to save herself. The process and the results? The first is a wheelchair. This time I just used the wheelchair as a bondage base for Xiaomeng. In the future, we will consider moving around with the wheelchair. As a result, the popular “Anaerobic Exercise and Rest” series now receives its new chapter! I believe that this new version will create better anaerobic effect than using the old hood with a breathing hole and blocking the hole afterwards. The first half of the video is all about anaerobic exercise. Xiaomeng did several rounds of high knees, sit-ups, lunge stretch and plank. She seems to have improved her physical strength a lot since last time, and for each round she can persist longer than before. The second half is of course anaerobic rest. I fastened Xiaomeng to a chair by taping her legs and wrists to the chair. First I made a test run to record her baseline of anaerobic rest, which is about 2 minutes and 10 seconds. Then six rounds of countdown rest were carried out, with durations increasing gradually from 15 seconds to 1 minute and 50 seconds. Finally, I timed another rest without countdown. She struggled till 2 minutes and 15 seconds mark before I had to release her. Ummm, there’s a little bit of improvement. Xiaomeng lay on the bed for a long time the next day. She said that all her muscles were aching. Well, it means that the intensity of the anaerobic exercise is sufficient, but the duration of the anaerobic rest is not long enough…  Xiaoyu Sobbing Quietly in Vacuum Bag
    21 minutes    		  Xiaoyu Sobbing Quietly in Vacuum Bag - Finally, Xiaoyu-senpai wants to try a vacuum bag with empty lungs again. In this video, she has been vacuumed and compressed for eight times. Part 0. Warming up. Xiaoyu was wearing a panty, pasties, and a masquerade mask, and lying inside a vacuum bag. Air was sucked out until no air was left inside the bag, not even in her lungs. She started her struggling early but got into the right mood for vacuum breathplay. She was ready for more. Part 1. I wanted Xiaoyu to stay longer inside the bag, so I decided to do three rounds of vacuum bag with a little air left. In the first time I asked her to hold some air in her lungs and I extracted all other air out of the bag. It didn’t work very well that she can’t keep all air in her lungs due to the strong negative pressure in the bag. She got nearly empty lungs at the end and started to panic quickly. In the second round I shortened the vacuuming time and she eventually reserved enough air to persist longer. Of course, this only means she suffered longer before she was released. Xiaoyu was exhausted already before the last round, and for the first time she collapsed completely during breathplay and started crying. I just continued as planned. She kept on sobbing quietly inside the vacuum bag and seemed not being affected by the lack of oxygen at all. Her zentai hood was stained by her tears. After a while, she suddenly stopped crying and started breathing heavily and seriously. She commented afterwards that when she was sobbing, she was naturally out of breath and became slow to react to the increasing carbon dioxide level. Only at a certain late moment, she suddenly realized her predicament and had to adjust her breathing rhythm.
