After one minute or so, she is dead. The man sums things up, applies a toe tag on the now dead body, and covers it using a sheet. The documentary ends there. The second part of the clip shows what happens after, once the cameras are off. The light has a different tone, and the doctor behaves in a different way; after all, nobody is watching him, and the girl lies now dead on the table. This is what the TV won't show: he takes the blanket off, starts groping her feet, and ends up worshipping her soles, flipping the body on the tummy, while masturbating on his knees.
