After about 5 stabs in the back , Mira starts coughing up blood from her lungs being punctured . This spitting up of blood continues as Max stabs her in the back about 10 more times , once about every 5 seconds . Finally , Mira is so weak , Max cannot hold her up any more . She falls to her knees . Mira is mortally wounded but still strong enough to try to crawl away . Max is really enjoying himself and he doesn’t want the fun to end just yet .
