Make this scene very dramatic. The camera pans over her body and death stare. For the final photo shot, he strings her up by her hands from the ceiling like in the tender meat films and photographs her body swinging with the knife sticking out of her chest. The final scene is the camera slowly circling her hanging body. We see the tables in the background with her blood, guts, and organs laying on it.
